This is an 8 week online postnatal programme for mums that wants to start or return to exercise after having a baby. Women’s bodies go through a lot of change throughout pregnancy and this programme is the first step in your postnatal exercise journey guiding you through appropriate exercise to safely and effectively rehab, gain strength and get functionally fit. The programme includes: 3-4 20-30 minute exercise videos a week to easily follow along and fit into your day starting with gentle strengthening exercises progressing to more challenging workouts and low impact HIIT You will; Rehab and strengthen abdominals Reconnect with & strengthen pelvic floor muscles Work on full body strength & conditioning Gain functional fitness Receive two resistance bands to complete the workouts Access a digital recipe book with loads of nutritious recipes to keep you fuelled throughout the programme Join a private group where you will receive updates and are in direct contact with Chantelle This is a self paced programme so you can complete the workouts in your own time. I recommend trying to get 3-4 workouts in a week to complete the programme in 8 weeks, but don't worry i know mum life can throw us plenty of curve balls so if isn't achievable just do them when you can.
