Mum and Baby Class

MONDAY 10-10.45AM

COTTONMILL CYCLE CENTRE, ST. ALBANS

A postnatal class that lays the groundwork of recovery, rehab and
gradual strengthening, paying attention to areas that require a little bit more love post pregnancy and birth, progressing with building strength physically and mentally. Get prepared to challenge yourself and enjoy it!

An opportunity to interact face to face with a personal trainer who specialises in coaching women from all aspects and also meet other mums, rewarding yourself with a cuppa and a homemade healthy treat afterwards! Babies and children welcome to join the fun.

The class covers:


Pelvic floor rehab and strengthening

Abdominal rehab and strengthening

Diastasis and ab separation check

Full body strength & conditioning designed specifically for mums

Strengthening and stretching to help with posture correction

Functional fitness

Confidence building

WOMEN’S CIRCUIT TRAINING

This class brings women together to get strong and feel good in a comfortable space away from male dominated gyms. Working face to face with a personal trainer that specialises in coaching women and an opportunity to meet people.

This class focuses on strength based exercises using a combination of weights, equipment and bodyweight and conditioning, aiming to get your heart rate up to challenge your fitness and soak up those feel good endorphins.  

​

All abilities welcome including pre and postnatal. I always offer a range of modifications so everyone can work their own level. 

​

Group exercise is a great way to improve not only your physical but also your mental health. It has the power to keep you committed, motivated, push yourself harder and get greater enjoyment out of exercise. So get yourself booked on and start reaping the benefits.
