Postnatal Class & Brunch in the Park

Make the most of the English summer and join me for an energising postnatal class outside on the green in Clarence park, where the little ones can lie, roll, crawl or run around while you get a bit of 'you time' in and give back to your body with a strength and conditioning class working on areas that need a little bit more love postpartum and leave you feeling pumped! 

But it doesn't end there, refuel your body and enjoy a delicious brunch from Verdis Italian Kitchen and catch up with others mums. What a great way to spend your morning! 

The class will take place on the green from 10-10.45am and run by Chantelle Palmer, Postnatal Exercise Specialist. 

Please bring a mat for yourself and anything you need for your little ones. We'll take shade under a tree or the parasols.
