Setting goals is a brilliant way of improving your mental health and if those goals are focused on physical achievements then you’ve got the added physical benefits and not to mention those wonderful endorphins!

This is a very brief overview on how to start working on your goals and a reminder to take is slow and steady. Consistently working on small changes will embed habits and make working on changes more achievable.
