HEALTHY HABIT CHALLENGE

4 weeks until the gyms reopen and a great time to begin or continue with your healthy habits. I’ve got a 4 week challenge for you to win a 12 week conditioning programme for the gym!


I’ve assigned 4 habits for you that you may already be doing plus you’ll need to assign yourself 2 more - anything of your choice that contributes towards your wellbeing.


You’ll need to show me that you have consistently completed them for 4 weeks by signing up via this link:

then checking off the habit checker daily to win your programme.


The 12 week programme is a progressive conditioning programme utilising the equipment in the gym, building full body strength and fitness, consisting of 3-4 workouts a week. Get it ready to start back in the gym, hit the ground running with all the workouts planned out for you.

My 4 habits;

🏃‍♀️10k steps a day

💧 drink 2 litres of water a day

😴 aim for 8 hours of sleep a night (check requirements)

🧘‍♀️ 10 minutes of breathing or meditation a day.
