A postnatal class that lays the groundwork of recovery, rehab and gradual strengthening, paying attention to areas that require a little
bit more love post pregnancy and birth, then continuing to progress building strength physically and mentally. Get prepared to challenge yourself and have fun doing it.
An opportunity to interact face to face with a personal trainer who specialises in coaching women from all aspects and also meet other
mums. Reward yourself with a cuppa tea and treat afterwards! Babies and children welcome to join the fun.

Abdominal recovery and strengthening
Diastasis and ab separation check
Full body strength & conditioning designed specifically for mums
