ONLINE POSTNATAL CLASS

Sets & Reps Mums class starts this Thurs 13th Jan at 8.30am 45min class.

This class will focus on strength and conditioning specifically for mums, working on areas that require a bit more love and attention post pregnancy and birth and building strength to support us caring for our children.


Get your children involved in the class or use this as a bit of you time.


We will be working on;

  • ️Strengthen muscles that have become weak due to pregnancy

  • Reconnecting with the Pelvic floor

  • Ab rehab and strengthen

  • Posture correction

  • Breathing technique for correct core contraction

  • Functional fitness

  • Deep stretch to loosen overworked muscles

This is a 6 week progressive course of classes for £42.
