Thanks to anyone that joined my taster class on Thursday. It’s so nice to be back. I hope you enjoyed it. I had trouble uploading the video to instagram due to the size so I’m posting it here.
The class course starts next week and during these classes I will spend a bit more time on different areas and progress from simpler exercise to more advanced depending on the group but I wanted to show some examples of the exercises we’d do throughout the 6 week course. Optional to use babies as weights, you can also use resistance bands and dumbbells if you have them but mostly the classes will be made up of body weight exercises.
