SETS & REPS MUMS POSTNATAL PROGRAMME

Is now available to purchase and start when you want. You will then have 12 weeks to complete the 8 week programme.


I will still speak with you following your completion of the Postnatal questionnaire as part of the sign up to ensure you are fully supported throughout the programme, and I will be available for questions should you need to ask. The difference with this is that you can start the programme when you want & complete in your own time rather in a group.


The programme includes

* 3-4 20 minute exercise videos a week to easily follow along to and fit into your day

* Progressively takes you through gentle strengthening exercises and finishes with low impact HIIT workouts

* Works on repairing and strengthening abdominals which can stretch & weaken throughout pregnancy

* Helps you reconnect & strengthen your pelvic floor

* Full body strength & conditioning
