Following on from my last post. Here are a few simple steps to tune into your breathing to help your pelvic floor to function fully.
If you are unsure whether you are breathing or contracting your Pelvic floor correctly then do get in touch, or ask questions.
If you know or think you have pelvic floor dysfunction then please seek help from a women’s health physio (get in touch for recommendations) who can assess and work with you along side your training.
To help tune into your breathing, de-stressing and meditation try apps like @calm and @headspace
