So far we’ve talked about Rib Cage & Breathing, Pelvic Floor and Abs and today touching on the above to see what stage you are in your postnatal journey and if what rehab exercises are necessary before turning to exercise you did pre pregnancy.

Often its about strengthening the glutes as these can become weak during pregnancy as highlighted in the above video be we also want to check for anything else that may be happening with the pelvis to see what else needs adjusting or working on.
