Strength training has so many benefits for women and girls, not only does it build and maintain strength, muscle mass and bone density but it also improves confidence, builds resilience, self-efficacy and so empowering!
PUT IN SOME "YOU TIME"
Personal training is all about you and what you want to achieve, whether it's about getting some much needed "you time", making improvements in your mental health, achieving that 100kg deadlift or strengthening your core and pelvic floor post pregnancy, I will help you achieve those goals.
My expertise lies in coaching women and girls strength and conditioning so even if you are unsure of what you want to achieve then I can guide through exercises that will benefit you based on your consultation and induction.
My style of training is strength & conditioning, so you be building strength and getting your heart rate up using a combination of bodyweight, weights and gym equipment.

Small Group Sessions
Do you want more of a personal tailored exercise session but still want to train as a group? Research shows that training with other people can encourage motivation, adherence and you'll push yourself harder the in the session.
You'll need to collectively commit to a minimum of 6 consecutive weeks of sessions, having similar goals (although varied abilities are welcome), 3-4 people to a group at either my studio or a convenient outdoor space, costing £20 per person per session. Contact me for a consultation.
ONLINE PROGRAMMES
Online programmes offer a flexible, accessible and more affordable way to build strength and confidence in the gym or at home. Still holding you accountable and offering motivation and advice along the way.
Choose from a bespoke programme to follow in the gym or home, or a set programme for postnatal exercise and progression.
